Terms & Conditions

To make use of the benefits of your personal treatment time with L&Z Beauty, we gladly remind our clients to be in the Spa 15 minutes before the appointment time and Hair clients to arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time. While we fully understand your desires and expectations in availing the L&Z Beauty package; however, coming late in the appointment after careful reminder would mean time reduction of your blissful treatment experience at the Spa.

Cancellation Policy

The Spa and Hair Treatment time are wonderfully booked devoted to you. A 6-hour cancellation notice is kindly required; otherwise, we enforce an additional charge of 50% of the total treatment cost. Changes in your reservation schedule should be done at least days before your appointment time to allow us to accommodate other guests and walk-in visitors.

Hair Tint Test

We employed state of the art amenities and products to provide you a pleasing personal satisfaction and we take your safety very seriously. To continuously provide a 5-star experience, all clients who have not gone through a hair color treatment with L&Z Beauty within the last 12 months are required to have a tint test 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Tanning Skin Test

Same goes with the tanning skin test, all clients who have not enjoyed a tanning treatment with L&Z Beauty within the last 6 months are required to have a tint test 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Eyelash/Eyebrow Tint Test

For eyelash/eyebrow, clients without prior experience on eyelash or eyebrow tinting with L&Z Beauty, or have not had this service within the last 12 months are required to have a tint test 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Spa Treatment Contra-Indications

Inasmuch as we want to allow everyone to enjoy our services, but we take precautionary reminders on the contra-indications relating to some spa treatments. All clients with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, gynecological disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies and possible other conditions are recommended to seek the advice of their doctor prior to booking, or present a copy of the medical certificate indicating a clearance from the doctor that you’re fit to undergo our spa services and treatments.

For further questions and clarifications, please check with us with appropriate medical records prior to making your appointments. If any treatment is not suitable to you, a qualified therapist/medical practitioner will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.

Mobile Phones

We understand your commitments and keeping connected with the outside world like your meetings and family updates but inside the Spa, we suggest to turn off your mobile phone to respect others who want a more relaxing experience.

Payments

The Salon accepts Visa Mastercard, Discover and American Express and cash as payments for services. Checks are unacceptable form for payment in this kind of business.

Security

Inside the Spa, to give a fully satisfying and undisturbed flow of services, we recommend you to remove your jewellery.
There shall be no items left inside the premises, please ensure to get all your belongings when you go out of the Spa.
Finally, please be aware that prices are exclusive to each salon and subject to change without prior notice.

Spa Days & Group Bookings

Spa Days can be paid in advance and subject to normal terms and conditions. These prices are valid at L&Z Beauty only and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Cancellation Policy

The spa and hair treatment time are carefully booked devoted to you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for the cancellation of Spa Days. All Spa Days are non-refundable but can be booked to an alternative day provided that 48 hours notice was communicated accordingly. Group bookings of 5 or more require 21 days written notification and all Spa Days must be pre-paid.
