BMW PGA: Rich Beem surprised to see only three big-name Americans at Wentworth

Should more of their compatriots have made the trip, although Billy Horschel, Patrick Reed and tony Finau are the three big American names such as in the week’s BMW PGA Championship?
The Wentworth showpiece moving to September is more perfect for people on the PGA Tour attempting to sample a few big-tournament atmosphere at the European Tour, so Rich Beem is amazed that few made the trip…
It’s nice to find the men coming over here and experiencing the BMW PGA but, to be honest, I kind of expected to see a couple more here.
Kevin Kisner took up European Tour membership, Xander Schauffele played in the Porsche European Open recently, so it is a little strange why they would not wish to play , especially given the tournament date in the program.
So to possess Tony Finau, Patrick Reed and Billy Horschel in the PGA Tour celebrities .
Apparently, there are numerous European players that play on the PGA Tour but I’m surprised there are not Americans, to tell the truth.
Tony gets the should play more out of the united states. He said in his press conference that for a player, you need to play. It is great to see him come out of the’comfort zone’ of the PGA Tour and also expand his horizons, and he will be a better player for it.
Billy Horschel is producing his first appearance here, and I believe he’s been somewhat surprised by the scale of this function. He explained this tournament as having a”major feel” about it, and it is good to hear him say that.
Those comments will attract more of the compatriots to come over later on, but we are going to have to wait and watch. Even though some might want to escape the heat, the possibility of travelling a long way to perform in conditions at another environment won’t appeal to everyone!
However, Billy is right about the significant feel about the area. I’ve played it earlier in May, but being in the autumn it seemingly has a different setting, and also the strength of the field this week is obviously excellent.
It is hard to tell Tony, Patrick and Billy will receive on this week. three are players that have experienced success on different kinds of class, although patrick’s probably a step above the other two.
Tony length off the tee is obviously a big advantage however, by a standpoint that is ball-striking , then Billy Horschel includes a excellent opportunity to compete this week.
